Apply for an Agent Service

  1. Verify that the roles “Agent Beställare” and "Attestant" are set up. 

    1. The Administrator sets up the roles.

  2. The Agent's "Agent Beställare" logs in to Inera's Customer Portal/ Kundportalen to place an order for an “agent service”/Agentuppdrag. 

    1. Click on "Beställ" and select "Apply for Agent service"/Ansök om agentuppdrag

    2. Select the Agent Service

    3. Fill in the form.

    4. Please review, accept the terms and thereafter submit your order by clicking on submit/Skicka

  3. Depending on the agent service, Inera may need to contact you for more information. 

  4. The order is then sent to the attestant chosen in the form, for approval. 

    1. The attestant receives an email notification that a new order is available for approval

    2. The attestant clicks on the link in the mail and logs in to the customer portal to review the order. 

    3. The attestant can approve/Godkänna or reject/Avslå the order using an electronic signature. 

  5. You will receive communication from Inera outlining the next steps in the process to technically connect you to the service.
