4.1 ANA-diagnostik: ANA-IF och ANA specificiteter
Detta är ett exempel på ett laboratoriesvar för ANA-screening med indirekt immunofluorescens (IF) samt bestämning av antikroppar mot specifika ANA specificiteter. Analys av anti-dsDNA görs också. Resultaten rapporteras ordinalt (positiv/negativ) eller kvantitativt (titer). En bedömning av hela svaret görs också vilken rapporteras som en “gruppkommentar” för analysgruppen. Analysgruppen kan också ges ett valrfritt namn av laboratoriet, till exempel “Bindvävssjukdom”.
